Maar ja, ik had dat Nederlandse consulate een mail gestuurd. Met antwoorden op vragen die ze hadden. Zo lang is het al geleden. Weet je niet, want je hoort niks.
Een ronde, donkerblauwe plaat met een wapen is bevestigd aan een muur van onregelmatige stenen en bakstenen. Het wapen toont twee gouden leeuwen die een schild vasthouden. De plaat blijft onveranderd gedurende de frames.
En waar woont Anna? En de moeder van Anna is in Kudekoi. Dat is een betere wijk. Maar papa houdt meer van Fatih. Dat is een beetje een gangsterwijk. Dat weet mijn wijf ook. Dus ja. Mijn dochtertje Anna en de moeder wonen in Kudekoi. Ja. Van een kakkerswijk. In zijn Vlaamsche Consulate. Dus je wil weten waar het allemaal precies zit. Mijn vrouw laat me met rust. Ze weet dat ik een beetje gangsterlife leuk vind. Dus dat zei ik niet, ja? Anne woont in Koerdekooi samen met de moeder, ja?
But it is very difficult. Thailand also. Every country has its issues. The first time I was in Thailand, you couldn't smoke weed. Now it's legal. I went to a full moon party and stuff. Yeah, sure. I've got one. She's the love of my life, you know. So, I'm going to go and eat. My mother is always asking. She's very worried. I'm tattooed all over. Never mind. I don't know. I'm going to think for an hour what I need to do. I need to make decisions. It's hard here. It's harder than I thought. First time I arrived in Istanbul, I thought, yeah, it's easy. Fifth time, you get to know, not as a tourist, the city. Yeah, I'm going to get it from the Dutch consulate. I need to email and stuff, and they show me directions and stuff. But it's hard. But I get priority in the line. I was at Taksim and then walked one kilometer to the Dutch embassy. You get priority immediately. I never knew that a Dutch passport was so important. So that's a good lesson, right? So you learn. You live and learn. That's the long story short. You never learn. Yeah. So yeah. I hope to see you again. Thank you very much.
